Terms and Conditions of 5yyy: Rules, Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service of 5yyy — including Sports Betting, casino, poker, slots, crash games, and any other product available on the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions set out here, do not create an account or use the services of the 5yyy.

Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for using the platform. Simply accessing the 5yyy website or app 5yyy, even without completing registration, constitutes acceptance of the general terms of use described herein.

The 5yyy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email and/or through an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before taking effect, except in cases of urgent regulatory or legal requirements.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the services of 5yyy, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Tue 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.
• Not be listed on any betting self-exclusion registry, including the National Betting Exclusion Registry (CNAEX), where applicable.
• Not be an employee, director, partner, or first-degree relative of any member of the 5yyy or its direct suppliers.
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code.

The 5yyy runs automated eligibility checks during registration. Any account created with false or incomplete information, or that does not meet the criteria above, will be immediately blocked, and deposited funds may be held while the investigation is ongoing.

3. User Account

Each user may maintain only an active account on 5yyy, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses repeatedly, circumvent limits, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of any bonus balance.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure. The 5yyy recommends using a strong, unique password for the platform and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. Never share your credentials with anyone.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, notify 5yyy at suporte@5yyy.best. Bets or transactions made prior to notification of unauthorized access are the responsibility of the account holder, except where external fraud is proven.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts with no activity (deposit, bet, or login) for a period of 12 consecutive months or more are considered inactive. The 5yyy may apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts with a positive balance, as outlined in the table on the Deposits and Withdrawals page. The user will be notified by email 30 days before the fee is applied.

4. Deposits

All deposits on the 5yyy are processed in BRL (R$) and must come from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Depositing using third-party bank accounts or cards is not permitted.

The 5yyy does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrencies, or any foreign payment method. Deposits identified as originating from illicit sources will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Lei nº 9.613/1998).

5. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of your real balance at any time, provided the available balance covers the requested amount and your identity verification (KYC) is complete. The 5yyy processes Pix withdrawals within up to 10 minutes of approval. Other methods may have different timeframes, as shown in the table below:

The 5yyy offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, and e-sports (CBLOL). By placing a bet, you agree that:

• A bet confirmed by the system is final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except through the cashout feature where available.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied, even if they changed between selection and confirmation — the system will show an odds change notification before final confirmation.
• The outcome of a bet is determined by the official result of the competition, in accordance with the regulations of the event's organizing body.
• If an event is canceled before it begins, the wagered amount is fully refunded as available balance. If the event has started and is canceled before reaching the stage required for settlement, the specific rules of each sport apply.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bet

The minimum bet on the 5yyy is BRL 1.00 per ticket. The maximum bet limit per event varies depending on the sport, competition, and market selected, and is displayed on the ticket before confirmation. The 5yyy may adjust these limits at any time, particularly for users identified as high-volume professional bettors.

6.2 Odds Errors

Although the 5yyy takes every precaution to ensure odds accuracy, technical errors may still occur. The 5yyy reserves the right to cancel and refund bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — identified as values that deviate significantly from market odds available on other channels at the same time. The user will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation due to an odds error.

7. Casino and Other Games

The 5yyy offers a Live Casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), poker (Texas Hold'em and Omaha), slots from certified providers, and crash games. By using any casino product, the user acknowledges that:

• Casino games carry an intrinsic house edge, determined by each game's rules and certified by the providers.
• The outcome of each round in slots and crash games is generated by RNG (Random Number Generator) systems certified by independent auditors.
• The outcome of poker hands is determined by the cards dealt by the system, and the 5yyy does not interfere with hand outcomes.
• Casino bets may or may not count toward bonus rollover requirements, depending on the specific terms of each promotion.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours.
• Session time limit: Set an alert when you reach a certain amount of time on the platform.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Block access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Close your account permanently. Reactivation is not allowed.

10. User Conduct

By using the 5yyy, you agree not to carry out, directly or indirectly, any of the following actions:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human actions on the platform.
• Exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulating sporting events or obtaining advance knowledge of results through illicit means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users or members of the 5yyy.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or attempting to breach its systems.

Violation of any of the above items will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action under applicable Brazilian law.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

The 5yyy may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity.
• Request by the user themselves (voluntary closure).
• Court or regulatory order.
• Extended inactivity as described in Clause 3.3.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the 5yyy reserves the right to hold pending balances while the investigation is ongoing. Balances derived from proven illicit activity will not be returned. In the case of voluntary closure, the available real-money balance will be returned via Pix within 5 business days.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 5yyy platform 5yyy — including logos, text, images, interfaces, source code, and design — is the property of the 5yyy or its licensed suppliers. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited and subject to the penalties set forth in the Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998).

13. Limitation of Liability

The 5yyy is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from losing bets, regardless of the reason.
• Damages resulting from temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own failure to keep their credentials secure.
• Decisions made by the user based on information obtained outside the platform.

The maximum liability of 5yyy to the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the account at the time the claim arises.

14. Privacy and LGPD

The 5yyy processes personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD). The legal bases used for processing include contractual performance, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

Under the LGPD, you have the following rights regarding your data held by 5yyy:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Requesting correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.
• Requesting portability of your data to another service.

15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 5yyy may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated at least 7 calendar days in advance by email and/or in-platform notification. Continued use of the services after the effective date of the changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect.

16. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. To resolve any disputes arising from this document or from the use of 5yyy, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged. Prior to any legal action, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through the support channels of 5yyy.
